A Memristive Based Design of a Core Digital Circuit for Elliptic Curve Cryptography

چکیده

The new emerging non-volatile memory (NVM) devices known as memristors could be the promising candidate for future digital architecture, owing to their nanoscale size and its ability integrate with existing CMOS technology. device has involved in various applications from design analog circuit design. In this paper, a combination of memristor transistors is working together form hybrid CMOS-memristor XAX- Module, core element used elliptic curve cryptography. proposed was implemented using Pt/TaOx/Ta simulated Cadence Virtuoso. simulation results demonstrate functionality. module appears efficient terms layout area, delay power consumption since utilizes CMOS/memristor gates.
